Returns and exchange's on a case-by-case basis.

If your candle has arrived damaged, please let us know right away by emailing us at so we can send you a replacement or if that scent is sold out issue a refund.

If you received a damaged candle as a gift in the mail, please let us know by emailing us and we will send you a gift card for the same amount.
